From visits of about 2250 in 1999, progress was sustained throughout 2000. David realised that he had to offer constant enticement for people to revisit the Mental Athletics Programme site. Since it was a Programme, once completed the site would have nothing more to offer. Extra items started to appear.

By year end visits were running at almost 500 visits a week to give about 25000 visits in 2000.

Targets were set to increase this by 20% in 2001. But a further repositioning of the site rationale in response to staff feedback led to much higher visits and organisational impact being made. The later addition of a sister [email protected] site was aimed at improving motivation in the organisation.
